3. Manufacturing services
Butter-C manufactures cosmetics in two models: OEM — production to the formula you provide, and ODM — Butter-C's pharmacists develop the formula to your product brief. Services can be taken as a full package or individually:
- Formula development: choosing the base, actives and preservative system to fit your positioning and regulatory limits; samples and adjustments until approval.
- Stability and packaging compatibility testing on the approved sample before production.
- Manufacturing at our factory in Thanh Oai Industrial Cluster, following a process written for each product.
- Batch testing at a GLP/ISO 17025-accredited laboratory; a certificate of analysis delivered with every batch; retained samples and batch records.
- Regulatory dossiers: Product Information File (PIF) and cosmetic product notification dossier.
- Packaging: label and box design, printing and packing, run in parallel with formulation.

In total, 105 product types in our manufacturing catalog, each with its own technical page: formula base, monitored parameters, claims and manufacturing specifications. Products outside the catalog can be developed on request, with a feasibility assessment.
5. Technology platforms
- Nanotech liposome: actives encapsulated in phospholipid vesicles pass the skin barrier more easily than in conventional formulations.
- Bio-fermentation: the Prebiotic – Probiotic – Postbiotic trio supports a balanced skin microbiome.
- Bio-peptides: short amino-acid chains acting as signals in skin renewal, used in serums, moisturizers and sunscreens.
- Micellar: molecules with an oil-loving core and a water-loving shell, for gentle cleansing of sensitive skin.
6. Quality control
- Every finished batch is tested at a GLP/ISO 17025-accredited laboratory before delivery, with a certificate of analysis.
- Finished-product retained samples and batch records are kept for traceability.
- Each product's in-house specification is built from data measured on the approved sample.
- Labels are checked against the notification and labeling rules before mass printing.
