We began as pharmacists, trained at institutions built on tradition and rigour — Hanoi University of Pharmacy and Vietnam Military Medical University among them. Years spent in core roles across research and development, production and quality assurance at large pharmaceutical plants gave us practical experience and the habit of working to a standard.

Tempered by an industry where precision is not negotiable, we had the conviction to begin the Butter-C story — pharmacists making cosmetics.

Moving from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics changed nothing about the values we hold. At the Butter-C plant you will still find strict manufacturing standards in place: a fully integrated line, polished stainless-steel contact surfaces, cleanrooms with grey-white panel walls and green epoxy floors. And people who follow every procedure to the letter, in proper medical protective wear.

If pharmaceuticals taught us precision and discipline, cosmetics brought the softness of a texture, the play of colour and the pleasure on a customer's face. That combination keeps our love of the craft alight, and turns each working day into something we care about.

Beyond love of the craft lies responsibility, and we feel its weight. The health and beauty of the people who use our products is how Butter-C measures success.

Every product passes through a closed loop: formulation, stability testing, production, quality control. Behind each one sits a full quality-control system and a transparent Product Information File (PIF). Traceability from raw material to finished product is our commitment — so partners, distributors and consumers can buy with confidence.
