Liquid hand sanitizer is widely used in clinics, restaurants and food factories, where hands need to be cleaned quickly many times a day. Unlike a gel, the liquid covers the hands fast, dries very quickly and suits spray bottles or wall-mounted dispensers. It is important to know from the start: a product that claims hand sanitizing falls under household and medical-use insecticidal and germicidal preparations, not cosmetics, so the registration dossier, efficacy testing and manufacturing requirements are all separate. Formula base
A thin alcohol solution with humectants
Hand sanitizer solution is mainly alcohol and water, with added humectants to limit skin dryness with frequent use.

Glycerin, propylene glycol, panthenol.
